BC Travelers™ is a cardless membership program. Once you register and verify your credentials, you may login to www.bctravelers.bagscity.co.id using your registered phone number or email and password to access all your membership information and features.
You can use your BC Travelers™ membership at all Bag’s City, Bag’s Station, Lojel and Thule Flagship Stores.
You will receive Activation Bonus vouchers upon registration, and the ability to earn points on every transaction which can be accumulated and redeemed for e-vouchers or exclusive product offers. You will also receive access to invitation-only events and early preview of store promotions.
Activation Bonus vouchers from BC Travelers™ are gifted to new registrants on your first transaction as a member. You may access your voucher by logging into your BC Travelers™ account at www.bctravelers.bagscity.co.id and opening the Activation Bonus link on your welcome page. At our store, simply show your Activation Bonus voucher to our friendly team members on your first transaction before making payment. Please take note of the Terms and Conditions that apply to the voucher.
Every time you visit and spend at Bag’s City, Bag’s Station and Lojel Flagship stores, you will receive points on your purchases. Simply inform your phone number or Membership ID to our staff during checkout to collect points. You will receive 1 point for every IDR 33,- spent, or number of points earned is equivalent to 3% of your spending, before taxes. The points will be reflected both in your BC Travelers ™ points within 5 business days.
BC Travelers™ redemption awards can be redeemed online or in-store via our store tablet by accessing www.bctravelers.bagscity.co.id. You can redeem the points you have collected by simply logging-in to your profile to see the various options available for redemption. In one simple click, you can select the items you want. Your points can be redeemed for e-vouchers, special price items, invitation-only events, or other exclusive offers.
Simply login to your BC Travelers™ account using your registered phone number or email address and password via www.bctravelers.bagscity.co.id. You will be able to see your total points on the welcome page, and also your recorded transactions in the “My Activity” menu.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your transactions. You should be able to see your recent transactions under “My Activity” menu in your account. Please contact BC Travelers Member Support at membership@bagscity.co.id if you have not seen your transaction after 5 business days.

Your Referral ID can be shared by copying the link to the clipboard or simply sharing the link on WhatsApp.
Referral ID also can be referred by fill in referred section on registration form.
You are entitled to 0 BC Travelers Points for every referred member who has spent a total of minimum IDR 1 Mio (lifetime accumulation).
Points will automatically be rewarded after the referred member has spent a total of IDR 1 Mio and done instant point (by registering their shopping receipt).
A maximum of 10 referred members will grants bonus points.
There is no limit for maximum referral ID that can be shared.
